CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

NOTICE:

After replacing the navigation receiver assembly of vehicles subscribed to pay-type satellite radio broadcasts, registration of the XM radio ID is necessary.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs (See page ).


(b) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC are output again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

CHECK CONNECTION OF NAVIGATION ANTENNA CORD

(a) Check if the navigation antenna cord is securely connected to the navigation receiver assembly.

OK:

Navigation antenna cord is securely connected.

3.

INSPECT NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the navigation antenna assembly (See page ).


(b) Inspect the navigation antenna assembly (See page ).
