REASSEMBLY
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
2. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Attach the 4 claws and 12 guides to install the front bumper moulding sub-assembly.
(b) Install the 15 outside moulding retainers and 4 screws.
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws and guide to install the front bumper side moulding sub-assembly LH.
(b) Install the 2 screws and 3 outside moulding retainers.
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
6. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 2 radiator grille moulding.
(b) Install the 2 outside moulding retainers and 4 screws.
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER SIDE SUPPORT LH
(a) Attach the 5 claws.
(b) Install the front bumper lower side support LH with the 2 clips.
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER SIDE SUPPORT RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH
(a) Attach the claw to install the front bumper side moulding LH.
(b) Install the 2 outside moulding retainers.
10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ License Plate Bracket)
(a) Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
12. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER
13. INSTALL ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP
14. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
15. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE
(a) Attach the 9 clamps.
(b) Connect each connector and install the No. 2 engine room wire.
16. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE
