DESCRIPTION
This may occur when the intensity of the telephone radio frequency was very weak, PRL updates are required or the Safety Connect system has a malfunction, and a DTC is stored.
PROCEDURE

CHECK COMMUNICATION SERVICE CONDITION |
(a) Move the vehicle.
(1) If the vehicle is outside the communication service area, move the vehicle to a communication service area, wait for a while and perform the operation again.
OK:
Same problem does not occur.

CHECK FOR DTC |
(a) Turn the ignition switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 10 seconds.
(d) Perform "Health Check" and check for current DTCs (See page
